Johnson County Dance Center has two large spaces for rent, plus a lobby. Each space has it's own A/C and heat. Hard wood floors and lots of light. Two large restrooms and storage space, with very high ceilings!

JCDC has lots of private parking in front of the studio and in the back. Two full size garage doors for easy set up of events. Two full size restrooms, plus a full size shower.

Johnson County Dance Center is only minutes away from I-35 off of 151st street. Easy to get to from 56 Highway, 169, and K-7. In Olathe, minutes away from Spring Hill, Gardner, and Overland Park.

RENTAL PRICES
Studio A Rental
Studio A is the room in the front of the dance studio, approximately 725 sq/ft. 22 x 33 with 20 ft ceilings, hardwood floors, two large windows front facing with an abundance of natural sunlight. Wooden framed white wall with sliding barn door into lobby space. Two full bathrooms, plus a shower. Storage space and sound system.
Dance Rehearsal Space Rental
$40/hr
Renting of the space to use for dance rehearsals. All dancers/instructors must have a liability waiver on file to dance (which must be signed by a guardian 18+). Proper dance shoes must be worn on floors.
Event Space Rental
$50/hr
Renting of the space to use for parties, gatherings, and other events. All hosts must sign rental agreement and have $200 incidental deposit or credit card on file- deposit returned at end of event pending all agreements met.
Studio B Rental
Studio B is the room in the back of the dance studio, approximately 2,100 sq/ft. 35 x 60 with warehouse height ceilings and rope lighting draped. Industrial feel, with hardwood floors, two large garage doors, and sound system. Access to two full size bathrooms and water fountains. Taped for NDA/DTU regulation spacing- for dance teams.

Full Studio Rental
Both Studio A & B rental at the same time. Access to full dance studio, only your group will be in the studio at the time of the event. Includes 1 hour of set up and 1 hour of tear down time. EVENTS: Must have a rental agreement signed and have $300 incidental deposit or credit card on file- deposit returned at end of event pending all agreements met.
